- CAUTION: The signup form is dated for a specific tournament. Be certain that is
the day you want to play before filling out the form. Whenever there is more than one tournament available for sign-up, scroll down
the Tournament Date menu to select the tournament you want to enter.

WARNING: If you select the wrong tournament
date you must properly cancel
the incorrect entry using the online form or contact the Thursday Tournament
Chairman, Claude Gigoux.
You may then resubmit your entry with the proper date. If you don't
cancel the incorrect entry by 6:00 PM on the Tuesday before the tournament date
and don't show up to play; you
will be considered a NO SHOW.
- WARNING: If a player signs up for an event or
is signed up as part of a group, it remains
the player's responsibility to follow his selection status (Start Time or Wait
List) on the website. If the player is unsatisfied with his placement
on either list and prefers not to play, he must
properly cancel or be considered a NO SHOW.
If there are any questions regarding placement status, contact the Thursday
tournament Chairman, Claude Gigoux.
- WARNING: If a player or group of
players get selected for a start time and fail to make it to the golf course at
the time assigned or if they fail to cancel properly, they will be considered a
NO SHOW.
- An on-line sign-up receipt is available for your review after you submit
your entry. The names of contact persons for cancellation or entry changes are
given on this receipt. Get a printout of the receipt for your records.
- Entries will not be accepted without the required information for each
player (last name AND GHIN number).
- When filling in the form, replace "Name" and "xxxxxxx" with the LAST
name and GHIN# of the member(s) being signed up.
- Take your time and review your form for mistakes BEFORE submittal. If a mistake is made
on the form before submittal, you can either highlight the mistake and
type in the correction or click on the Reset button to clear
all entries and start over. When the form looks good click on the Submit
button to submit the form.
- If the information you entered is inaccurate or incomplete, the computer will
not be able to process your entry which will be discarded.
- If you find a
mistake when you review your receipt after submittal, please fill out
a new form making the appropriate corrections. Your last submittal
will be the one accepted.
- CAUTION: The sign-up deadline is at
midnight of the Friday two weeks before the event. If you miss the
sign-up deadline, contact the current Tournament Chairman by email at least 3
days before the event and your name(s) will be added to the waiting list.
