ON-LINE CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS & FORM – THURSDAY EVENTS

  1. CANCELLATION RULE FOR TPMGC TOURNAMENTS  -- Cancellations for Thursday tournaments must be made by 6:00 PM of the Tuesday before the event. Cancellations for Sunday tournaments must be made by midnight of the previous Tuesday. There will be no excuses if cancellations are made after that time. There will be no exceptions. There will be a $25 fine for each cancellation and a member will not be eligible to play in a subsequent event until the fine is paid. Fines must be paid before the date of any subsequent event.
  2. If a player or group of players gets selected for a start time, it remains the player's responsibility to make it to the golf course at the time assigned to play, or to properly cancel if the date cannot be made.
  3. If you miss the cancellation deadline, telephone the Thursday Tournament Chairman at 619-223-3673. All late cancellations will be subject to the late cancellation rules.
  4. The cancellation form below is dated for a specific tournament. Be certain that is the day you want to cancel before filling out the form.
  5. An on-line cancellation receipt is available for your review after you submit your cancellation. If you have questions, the name of a contact person for cancellation changes is given on this receipt. Get a printout of the receipt for your records.
  6. Cancellations will not be accepted without the required information for each player (LAST NAME and SCGA number).
  7. When filling in the form, type in your tee time or hole assignment, highlight "Name" and type in the last name(s) of the player(s) being cancelled.  Highlight the "xx-xxxx" and type in the SCGA#(s) of the member(s) being cancelled.
  8. Take your time and review your form for mistakes BEFORE submittal. If a mistake is made on the form before submittal, you can either highlight the mistake and type in the correction or click on the Reset button to clear all entries and start over. When the form looks good, click on the Submit button to submit the form.
  9. If you find a mistake when you review your receipt after submittal, please fill out a new form making the appropriate corrections. Your last submittal will be the one accepted.
  10. WARNING: Do not use this form to try to cancel a mistake on the Sign-Up form as this form will permanently cancel you from the tournament.
