- If you cannot play in
a tournament for which you have a starting time, you must cancel
your time before Midnight, four days before the tournament or you will be considered to be a No
Show.
- If you have a starting
time you should be at the course 30 minutes before your tee time to
review the event rules, determine your handicap, prepare your card and
pay your green fees.
- If you have a starting
time and do not show up at the course to play as scheduled you will be
considered to be a No Show and will be penalized according to the
TPMGC policies.
- One of the eligibility
requirements to play in a TPMGC tournament is an established SCGA index
or at a minimum, a temporary club index calculated by our Handicap
Chairman. However, new members are sometimes allowed to play in TPMGC
competitions without an established handicap at the discretion of the
Tournament Chairman, with the understanding that they must play with a zero
handicap.
- It is club policy that
if you play in a TPMGC event you must pay the entry fee and return your
card or you will be penalized according to the TPMGC policies.
