MEMBER "NEW" PRIZE ACCOUNT INFORMATION
The purpose of this on-line service is for Torrey Pines
Municipal Golf Club members to check their prize account balance
currently in the Prize Fund database, and submit requests for
Certificates to the Tournament Awards Chairman.
1. If you wish to check your account
balance, enter your GHIN
number in the box provided below, and then Submit it. You
will then be shown your current account balance and the detail of the
last 20 transactions (either credits due to winnings, or debits
due to requested Certificates).
2. The Torrey Pines Municipal Golf Club
(TPMGC) is resuming its practice of allowing members to spend their golf
winnings at the following authorized golf shops:

If you wish to request a Certificate be issued for any of the TPMGC authorized
golf shops follow the Certificate Request Procedure
CERTIFICATE REQUEST PROCEDURE
As described above, enter your GHIN number in the box
provided below and then Submit it. At the bottom of your 20 transactions you
will note the statement “Click on Tournament Awards
Chairman to E-Mail a Certificate Request”. When you click on the blue
words an E-Mail form will pop up. Click on the message area of the form to
state your request as follows:
Specify your name, your GHIN
number, the amount you want, and the golf shop where you will spend it (If you specify GolfMart, be sure
to indicate at which one of
the various locations of the stores you
want to use the prize money) and send the e-mail.
You will get a reply email with a
unique Certificate number that you must ask for at the selected shop.
The Certificate will be sent directly by email to the selected shop.
This is the method that is presently used for Certificates sent directly to the
Torrey Pines Pro Shop.
NOTE : Torrey Pines is currently the only shop that
will maintain records of Certificate amounts that are not spent. In other words
in order to use the other vendors you must determine what you want to buy and
the price of the articles and spend all the funds requested.
