MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
GENERAL INFORMATION
APPLICATION FEES (October 1st, 2009 through September 30th, 2010):
- Regular Membership: $100.00
- Junior Membership (17 years-old or younger): $15.00
- NOTE: Fees are NOT pro-rated
- NOTE: Junior membership is for handicap maintenance
purposes ONLY.
Junior members are not permitted to enter club tournaments.
RESTRICTIONS: Membership is limited to San Diego County residents ONLY.
NOTE: Once the application is filled in, you should SUBMIT it,
then PRINT the returned form and mail it, via US Mail, to
the address shown in the header of this page and in the form. Make sure to
include your check for the appropriate amount, and that you
sign and date the form. DO NOT
e-mail the form back to me. I WON'T save forms e-mailed to me.
HANDICAP INFORMATION:
- Name and corresponding SCGA number of an applicant will normally
appear on the Torrey Pines computer located in the Pro-Shop the month
after the submission of the membership form, if the
application was received before the 20th of the month.
A Temporary Handicap can be issued to new members after
submission of his/her membership application. To obtain a temporary
handicap, mail 5 (five) 18-hole score cards (preferably from
Torrey Pines golf courses) to: MICHAEL BERG, Handicap
Chairman, 5874 Aster Meadows Place, San Diego, CA, 92130.
NOTE: Cards must show: name, date, complete score,
course rating and slope (circled), and be attested.
Please note: any more than 5 submitted scorecards will be discarded.

questions regarding temporary handicaps may be answered by calling

- Additional information regarding posting of scores, handicap, and
schedule of club activities will be furnished soon after approval of
the membership application.
